Produced at the state-of-the-art Beneficio San Diego mill, this exceptional Costa Rican coffee from the Tarrazu region is harvested by local smallholders at altitudes ranging form 1200 to 1750 meters. It undergoes a meticulous honey process, where the sugary mucilage is left on the bean during drying to create a complex cup profile with an enhanced sweetness.
